JUST IN CASE YOU DIDN'T KNOW IT
It's a difficult concept for some to comprehend. Tonight, I'm grateful I finally got it. More than 10 years running and then another 2 years just listening.

I knew this at the age of 3, but love has a way of revealing greater depth the longer you experience it... so it is new every morning.
God called me at a young age. Lead me to a vacation bible school (alone) when I was a young girl (didn't come from a church going family). I got connected at the church. Later joined youth group. Realized His love for me as a young teen, around 13 I think.
It amazes me that I was drawn to him at such a young age, without the encouragement of my family.
He really does love me!

wow -- its a very long story - it took me all my life until I was 30 and pretty well broken. Then it took a long time to get my assurance of salvation, then a couple of years to get the Baptism in the Holy Spirit - and THAT was when I had a dazzling love affair with the King of the Universe. Now, we're like an old couple, we know each other well, and fit, and just walk calmly arm in arm.
Praise the One who loves us more than any other!
I'm glad you're finding strength in your journey from the right place.
